We provide In-home and/ or residential care services in a natural residential setting which fosters a positive lifestyle.
(AFL) Alternative Family Living
Alternative Family Living (AFL) settings provide an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a unique opportunity to live within a family unit that has been specially licensed to open their home for the provision of specific services and support.
(CN) Community Networking
Community Networking is a program available through the Innovations Waiver that allows individuals with disabilities to engage in day activities within an integrated community setting alongside individuals without disabilities. This program is designed to support the individual’s definition of a meaningful day and is facilitated by OE Enterprises.
(RS) Respite Services
Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends. The care may last anywhere from a few hours to several weeks at a time. Respite care can take place at home, in a health care facility, or at an adult day care center.
(SE) Supported employment
Helps consumers obtain competitive work in the community and provides the supports necessary to ensure success at the workplace. SE programs help consumers find jobs that pay competitive wages in integrated settings (i.e., with others who don't necessarily have a disability) in the community.
(CLS) Community Living Supports
Community Living and Supports is a home and community-based service. It offers an option to innovations for eligible individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) to continue living in their community with the choice of other service options and meaningful day activities.
